Definitely 10214. This building reminds me of a gas station of the past..... they had the little sharply peaked roof. Maybe it was Sinclair?

You spotted a real winner with this funny, peaked roof over this doorway. I like the composition you created too. Some would not like the garage door cut in half, but it works very well in the overall design of your shot.

american architecture baffles me, it seems the roof had to altered to a higher pitch so the light could ne high enough. I love this !
