The building looks to be in good shape, but the boxes stacked in the window and the rough looking shrubbery hint at something else. Interesting.

I think this is great art. To see, that the building makes a brilliant b+w is vry difficult. The lines especially of the windows, the path on the right and the bushes are a perfect composition.

Without reading the title I thought it was an old school. Tall windows, flat roof, brick. It does look like it is just storage and no one really takes care of it.

@jeff (aka dogilicious): it seemed completely abandoned. it was obviously a grade school at one point - there's a playground just out of this frame. it's completely overtaken with weeds though.

The curve in the window shadows creates an odd concave effect and the one dark window makes the others even brighter, but for me it is the relationship between the curved shadows in the windows with the wavy trees above that makes the image come alive.

Your bricks look more like bricks than bricks. I'm amazed what film can do especially with someone who knows what they are doing. Almost mystical.
