Terrific. And the interesting thing is that without the fire hydrant the photo would be good, but not as good as this. You have such an eye for the one little detail that pulls a photo together.

Agree with GJC about details being very important ingredients in your compositions and for me the detail that makes a lot of difference here is the white line on the pavement. Its direction and shape “grounds” the other lines. Lots to look at and enjoy in this.

That's a beautiful brick wall and without any graffiti too, that's a bonus. Curious that there are not windows at the bottom but only at the upper half. Perhaps a later add-on. Nice shot.

david mentions secrets - i agree - the wall looks like it holds so many with those repair and perhaps renovation bumps. also like that top edge detail on the left. the whole images feels like a story told in some sort of code.
