Alex from Barcelona, SpainLo que mas me ha llamado la atencion son los reflejos que has logrado en la mesa, buen trabajo. 21 Jun 2009 7:05am Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomA beautiful study, and the soft pale tones throughout and shallow DOF really pull the image together 21 Jun 2009 9:24am yiannis krikis from thessaloniki, GreeceI like the detail, the mood and the b&w of course 21 Jun 2009 9:31am Nilla from Continent: Europe, SwedenA wonderful indoor photo! Nice reflection in the glass table. 21 Jun 2009 10:55am Don from spokane, United StatesAn interesting composition featuring the glass table. I like the way light is cast about in the shot. An effective image for sure! 21 Jun 2009 1:36pm jeff (aka dogilicious) from Millerstown, PA, United StatesExcellent! I like the way the reflection splits the frame. Well done. 21 Jun 2009 2:39pm daina from New York, United StatesIt resembles your previous posting in the way the reflection is half of something while the other half is almost opaque. Love the room ambiance in this i.e. dappled sunlight across the room. A room filled with that sort of light is always uplifting. Lovely composition also. 21 Jun 2009 2:49pm Marcie from United StatesSomething so very different..and yet it carries your same 'brand' and 'style'. Love the light and reflections. Wonderful composition. 21 Jun 2009 4:32pm paolo from Castelnuovo, Italyi love the warm sun light seeping into the room.. it makes me feel a lovely day. 21 Jun 2009 6:13pm Lambspun from Madison, Maine, United StatesThe way the camera picks up the suns reflection makes you feel the mood in this room. 21 Jun 2009 9:11pm Chris Parr from Jefferson City, United StatesMasterful work with the reflection. Perfectly framed. 21 Jun 2009 11:04pm John Maslowski from Dallas, PA, United StatesImpressive composition, lovely arrangement and capture. Great lighting and tones in this image. 22 Jun 2009 2:29am michele from Canadai love that i can't tell whether you are inside the porch or taking this through glass as well. love the milky feeling here and that dappled light on the cushions. immediately thought of my grandmother's porch. 22 Jun 2009 3:03am dj.tigersprout from New York City, United Statesadd this to my endless and growing list of favorites of yours!! BRILLIANT -- and BEAUTIFUL!! 5 stars!!! :) 22 Jun 2009 4:24am @dj.tigersprout: thanks very much jaycee. this room is just off the room where i develop my film. it's seldom used - too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. still, it's full of interesting visual changes. i've taken many photos in it - it's were i finish a roll so i can start developing. i'm glad you like this one. dj.tigersprout from New York City, United Statesp.s. i just have to say -- the reflected table-top light is one of the coolest things i have seen for a good while -- bravo!!! 22 Jun 2009 4:25am Howard F. from South Pasadena, Calif., United StatesPerfect for poker Wednesday, or mahjong Thursday :) Nice shot. I envy you having your own photo lab. 22 Jun 2009 11:18pm @Howard F.: thanks howard. no lab though - i use a changing bag for putting film on the reels, develop the film, and then scan the negatives. |
