What caught my eye is the black shadow triangle upper right as if the corner were cut off. It is a bold element. I like the concentration on geometry in this image and the various textures in the different squares.

I like the way the texture goes opposite from the frame to the panel. A whole lot of different lines going on.

I'm assuming that's dust on the windows. It gives them a cool "misty" look. Great light and composition.
