Dulcie from Danville, CA, United StatesLet's see....a 2-chair Beauty Shoppe perhaps? ;-) 8 Sep 2009 6:08am daina from United StatesFor me it mostly the subtlety that is so wonderful (though the simplicity is great too). The subtle nuances of how the wavy lines repeat across the whole frame i.e. in the siding, the blinds, flower pot, mat as if the whole frame were in flux. 8 Sep 2009 3:40pm Howard F. from South Pasadena, Calif., United StatesThat's a sad looking lavender in the pot. A symbol for the tough times for all the shop owners across the land? Nice shot. 8 Sep 2009 4:49pm Marcie from Newton, United StatesLove the graphic simplicity and balance. Perfect in b&w!!! 8 Sep 2009 5:22pm Fritsch from Berlin, Germany"I'm going away to leave you love / I'm going away for a while / But I'll return to see you sometime / If I go ten thousand miles" (A. P. Carter) 8 Sep 2009 5:49pm Lambspun from Madison, Maine, United StatesWow that IS lavender in the pot! The place that needs to be moved in to. Another great one grant :) 8 Sep 2009 10:01pm @Lambspun: i'm sure they'd make you a good deal... sherri from Little Rock, Arkansas, United StatesLots of business rental property available here too. 8 Sep 2009 10:47pm Polydactyle from Montreal, CanadaGood place to open a store! Or a photo studio :) Well composed as usual! 9 Sep 2009 12:51am Stephen Phillips from San Francisco, United StatesNice, Grant. Really well seen and framed - with excellent values throughout. 9 Sep 2009 4:00am Bill from Belton, United StatesGreat image Grant! Someone is certain to snatch this one up pronto since the flower display comes with it! 9 Sep 2009 4:15am martie from us, United StatesGreat shot Grant! And to me it looks like a sign of the times. A commercial property for rent should be upbeat and promising, but it looks sad, tired and lonely. As if it knows no one will take it. Perhaps in a few months you'll return to this spot and the shutters will be hanging askew, paint chipped. The windows will be grime encrusted, the plant long dead.... 9 Sep 2009 4:35am P.J. from United StatesThis totally looks like something you would see in the 50s. Nice grab. 9 Sep 2009 3:59pm dik from McAllen, United StatesGreat tension between the pot and the dark shutter. Hans Hoffman. 13 Sep 2009 12:57pm |
