Lee's Summit, Missouri
The crossing powerlines create a grid opposed by the random vehicle tracks below. Leaves me speechless Grant.

What's not to love? Somehow reminds me of a game of Cat's Cradle.

@Mindy: i see it. i never learned that one - maybe because no sisters...
They always remind me of a child's version of people, with very long legs. I like this one a lot, with the snow on the ground and the crossing of wires in the upper right corner.

@Paul: thanks very much paul
Ah, very nice. The way you use those lines inspires me. The sweep of space is terrific and without the lines I don't think the image would be as strong.

@GJC: all part of my plan to convert you : )
Yes, a powerful image ! I like the line that crosses the main one. Fine pic.

Answer to your question about my photo 26/11. it's a plastic bucket to come ashore on the beach and someone who has hung it up into a tree.

This is exactly the same as my fields, farmland with powerlines, today they were hidden by mist.
A splendid shot Grant.

They're magnificent. You laid this composition out just right. I can imagine you out there walking, looking, backing up, going right, going left:-) Is that a skiff of snow? Gorgeous capture.
